You may return unused and unopened products for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition received. We highly suggest shipping returns via a traceable service to ensure proper delivery. We will notify you by email confirming that we have received your returned items. Your refund will then be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you should encounter a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange or issue a full refund within 14 days from date of purchase. To initiate the return, simply send us an email at info@bravonbeauty.com with the above information. We will refund any shipping charges that may have incurred when shipping the defective product back to Bravon Beauty, LLC. 

Bravon Beauty, LLC will not accept returns of used or worn cosmetic products in compliance to health regulations, unless it’s a manufacturer defect.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, unused and unopened. If you need to exchange for a different color of the same item, send us an email at info@bravonbeauty.com to initiate the process. We will refund your shipping fees when sending back a manufacturer defect or damaged product. You will be responsible for shipping costs, which is non-refundable, when mailing back a non-defective, non-damaged product for an exchange. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure proper delivery.
