Lip Prefix Primer Liner is a long-wearing, waterproof gel lip liner that provides a smooth application of precise lining. Waterproof gel formula ensures transfer-proof, non-feathering wear for up to 7 hours.

Designed to be soft and creamy to provide comfort while applying, yet firm enough to hold a point for precise lip lining. This paraben-free formula is infused with Vitamin E & C and Iron Oxides that provide rich beautiful colors.

Apply light, feathery strokes along upper and bottom lip line. Can be worn alone over the entire lip providing color which lasts longer than lipstick. Close cap tightly after application. Sharpen with the exclusive high-carbon steel, double-blade BRAVON gel pencil sharpener.
